Now I remember my all boys boarding school being bad, but I mean, seriously... Who clogs the showers with semen?!?! How many people are using these showers? Actually, you know what... I don't want know... Nonetheless, pretty humorous.

Murder foiled on MySpace

"Five teenage boys accused of plotting to kill other students in a shooting rampage at their high school were arrested yesterday after details of the alleged scheme appeared on the website MySpace.com.

Sheriff's deputies found guns, ammunition, knives and coded messages in the bedroom of one of the suspects, Sheriff Steve Norman said. Norman said he would ask prosecutors to bring charges of conspiracy to commit murder against the young men, ages 16 to 18. He said officials at Riverton high school began investigating on Tuesday after learning that a threatening message had been posted on MySpace.com.

The message discussed the significance of April 20, which is Adolf Hitler's birthday and the anniversary of the 1999 Columbine high school attack in Colorado, in which two students killed 13 people and committed suicide, the sheriff said."

I think they obviously wanted to get caught, but still pretty fucking crazy!

This girl has skills

Update: So, I upload this video on YouTube thinking that it wouldn't be on the site already - little did I know that the same video had been uploaded by two other people. Anyhow, ten minutes later I get emails saying "YouTube Service - Someone has commented on your video. To read the comment click here". I check it out, and sure enough the video had received 87 hits in ten minutes - a day later it is up to 857 hits and 10 comments. Unreal... I would have never expected that.

Model Photography

My boss showed me this site when she was looking through digg.com. The photos look so cool and model like - its amazing. Olivo Barbieri (the photographer) is said to use a "tilt shift lens" to get this effect. It looks pretty cool to me.

The Beaner comedian

My boys brought this over and said I had to watch it... I had seen his show Mind of Mencia on comedy central, which I thought was pretty funny but this stand up was hilarious. I was literally crying with laughter throughout the last 15 minutes

Commencement Speeches

Came across the first commencement speech of Will Ferrell (fast forward to the 1:35:00 mark), addressing Harvard's class of 2003 on the is website Cracked.com - great site, lots of stuff I haven't seen before.

This spurred me to think about the other commencement speakers. I know Steve Jobs (of Apple) spoke at Stanfords 2005 commencement - giving a very powerful speech. Slightly different tone of what has to be one of the greatest of all time graduations, Harvard's 2004 guest commencement speaker... none other than Ali G.

Tucker Max

So I get this IM at work today - like most days, its a link to a funny site. Now, I can judge the coolness of the site, before I click on the link, based on who sent it to me. So a girl that knows me very well sends me this link, saying,"This guy is definitely blog worthy". Well she was right on - this guy Tucker Max is fucking hilarious. I spent two hours at work reading his blog and even facebooked him.

The Best Dunks NBA Allstar Weekend

Gotta say it, but Nate Robinson did not deserve to win, with his 15 tries per dunk. With that being said the best two dunks of the night were by Nate and Andre.

By no means do I consider myself religious (thought I should clarify that as it is my first post) but this video is classic. It is produced by Javier Prato who's site isn't all that great, unlike the Jesus video.

I watched these animations a long long time ago. I think it would be fair to say that they inspired me to major in computer graphics. The classic clip, out of all of them, must be the matrix one.

Song(s) of the week 1

So music is a huge passion of mine. I used to put up away messages with my "Songs of the Week", which evolved into variations like "Oldies Song of the Week" and "Movie Song of the Week" - all these got some decent traction with my friends.

I thought I should start doing a similiar thing on my blog. I'll do the best I can to make the song downloadable for you guys, but if not I will find a link to the full song online.
